      Ric Smith opened the meeting a prayer. Debbie gave the treasury report.   The club has a balance of:

  OLD BUSINESS:

 

 Minutes from January meeting were read   and accepted.   The April 10th Youth club horseshow has beed moved  to Alex City at 2pm.

  The rodeo will be April 9th & 10th.

  

  NEW BUSINESS:

 

 March 27th   there be a 4-D barrels and 3-D poles running show. Exhibition will start 10:00 am, the show will start at 2:00 pm.

 Call meeting for the running show will be February 23rd at 6:30pm.

 Dr. Crowder will be at the arena on March 20th at 10:00am for coggins test and vaccinations if anyone wants  to bring any horses. He will also be doing rabies shots for dogs and cats.

 March 5th there will be a team penning at 6:00pm. $20 for members and $25 for nonmembers.
